Little dude has been in full blown clean mode the last few days. He had a touch of a running nose at the beginning of the week and carried a tissue/wipe with him everywhere to keep his nose clean. Now that his nose has dried up he's on the hunt for more 'dirty' things.
While we hung out at Grandma's during the power outage, Hudson made sure her kitchen was in tip top shape.

I'm speechless, I'm floored, it doesn't seem real.
I've received word this afternoon via Martha Stewart Omnimedia that I was one of only 80 selected to attend this Year's 2012 'Dreamers Into Doers' conference March 6th and 7th.

Holy shit!
A few months ago, I had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with and be a part of an amazing Bonny Bridal giveaway and photo shoot. The sneak peek of the images a few weeks ago were enough to thrill me to pieces. But today, when all the stunning images from the styled shoot were reviled on 100 Layer Cake, **eeekk!** my jaw hit the floor. Each and every image (via CA based Ashley Bee) is absolutely amazing. What a true honor and treat to be a part of such an amazing collaboration of talented artists.
It's officially over. The tree is down, the house lights are boxed away, and the house is back to it's normal state. The 2011 holiday has come to a close. Tomorrow, Jack and I head back to work, the baby to school and full steam ahead.
Mom came up to the house this afternoon to give Jack and I a few hours of 'kid free clean up' and the chance to run out for late afternoon dinner date. The perfect caper to a wonderful (but exhausting) holiday season.
I must admit, I'm a little sad to see 2011 go. Without a doubt from start to finish it was my most favorite year EVER. So many new milestones, friends, lessons, accomplishments and forever treasured memories made. Life is good and we are so very blessed.
